【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationestablishesthemethodofreferencingusedwithinaTPEGdata-streamtoallowaserviceprovidertosignalavailabilityofthesameserviceonanotherbearerchannelorsimilarservicedatafromanotherservice.TPEGisabyte-orientedstreamformat,whichmaybecarriedonalmostanydigitalbearerwithanappropriateadaptationlayer.TPEGmessagesaredeliveredfromserviceproviderstoend-users,andareusedtotransferapplicationdatafromthedatabaseofaserviceprovidertoauser'sequipment.Theprotocolisstructuredinalayeredmannerandemploysageneralpurposeframingsystemwhichisadaptableandextensible,andwhichcarriesframesofvariablelength.Thishasbeendesignedwiththecapabilityofexplicitframelengthidentificationatnearlyalllevels,givinggreaterflexibilityandintegrity,andpermittingthemodificationoftheprotocolandtheadditionofnewfeatureswithoutdisturbingtheoperationofearlierclientdecodermodels.
