【摘要】:ThelimitsinthisInternationalStandardaredesignedtoprovideprotectionforbroadcastreceiversinthefrequencyrangeof30MHzto1000MHzwhenusedintheresidentialenvironment.Compliancewiththisstandardmaynotprovideadequateprotectionfornewtypesofradiotransmissionsorreceiversusedintheresidentialenvironmentnearerthan10mtothevehicle,boatordevice.NOTE1Experiencehasshownthatcompliancewiththisstandardmayprovidesatisfactoryprotectionforreceiversofothertypesoftransmissionswhenusedintheresidentialenvironment,includingradiotransmissionsinfrequencyrangesotherthanthatspecified.Thisstandardappliestotheemissionofelectromagneticenergywhichmaycauseinterferencetoradioreceptionandwhichisemittedfroma)vehiclespropelledbyaninternalcombustionengine,electricalmeansorboth(see3.1);b)boatspropelledbyaninternalcombustionengine,electricalmeansorboth(see3.2).Boatsaretobetestedinthesamemannerasvehiclesexceptwheretheyhaveuniquecharacteristicsasexplicitlystatedinthisstandard;c)devicesequippedwithinternalcombustionengines(see3.3).SeeAnnexGforaflowcharttohelpdeterminetheapplicabilityofCISPR12.NOTE2Protectionofreceiversusedonboardthesamevehicleasthedisturbancesource(s)arecoveredbyCISPR25.Themeasurementofelectromagneticdisturbanceswhilethevehicleisconnectedtopowermainsforchargingisnotcoveredinthisstandard.TheuserisreferredtoappropriateIECandCISPRstandardswhichdefinemeasurementtechniquesandlimitsforthiscondition.AnnexHlistsworkbeingconsideredforfuturerevisions.ResidentialEnvironmentortractionbatteriesThisstandarddoesnotapplytoaircrafts,householdappliances,tractionsystems(railway,tramwayandelectrictrolleybus),ortoincompletevehicles.Inthecaseofadual-modetrolleybus(e.g.propelledbypowerfromeithera.c./d.c.mainsoraninternalcombustionengine),theinternalcombustionpropulsionsystemshallbeincluded,butthea.c./d.c.mainsportionofthevehiclepropulsionsystemshallbeexcludedfromthisstandard.
