适用范围
本规范规定了ID-1型带触点集成电路卡的基本技术要求，主要包括以下内容：物理特性、记录方法、物理接口要求。主要定义了该类卡的基本物理特性。电气信号和传协议规定了该类IC卡和终端间的电源电气信号协议和信息交换协议涉及IC卡的信号频率、电压值、电流值、校检、操作规程和传输与通信协议。本规范适用于中华人民共和国范围内发行或应用的IC卡。其使用对象主要是与IC卡应用相关的卡片设计、制造、管理、发行以及应用系统的研制、开发、集成和维护等部门或单位。
